LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- WDRB News is posting the raw surveillance video of the TARC bus stabbing that occurred on March 14, 2014.

The video was provided to WDRB by Louisville Metro Police, via TARC. The video has been edited by Louisville Metro Police to obscure the identities of juveniles in the bus.

WDRB has chosen to remove the audio, due to multiple instances of profanity.

Viewer discretion is advised.

On Wednesday morning, a grand jury declined to return an indictment against the man accused of stabbing two teens on a TARC bus.

The Grand Jury returned a "No True Bill" against Anthony R. Allen for charges stemming from the stabbing assault of a 13-year-old and the fatal stabbing of 14-year-old Me'Quale Offutt on a TARC bus on March 16, 2014.

Charges have been dismissed and Allen was released Wednesday afternoon.
