Cummins to build $30 million headquarters in Indianapolis
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Engine maker Cummins is revving up plans for the former Market Square Arena site in downtown Indianapolis.
The company will build a $30 million headquarters for its global distribution business.
It will keep its corporate headquarters in Columbus.
The company expects about 400 people to work at the building in Indianapolis. The space will also include ground floor retail, public green space and a parking garage.
It's expected to open by late 2016.
