INDIANAPOLIS - Kentucky went from everybody believing the Wildcats could reach the Final Four, to nobody believing it, to everybody believing it yet again. And it has an 8-seed.

The expectation was originally there as the preseason #1 team in the nation coupled with John Calipari's enthusiasm for the talent he saw in October.

But it took wins over three of last year's Final Four teams (Wichita State, Louisville, and Michigan) to restore the promise this season originally held, before most of Big Blue Nation wrote UK off following nine regular season losses.

An Aaron Harrison three-pointer with 2.3 seconds left in the Elite 8 didn't hurt either...

It is Kentucky's 16th Final Four. The Wildcats are the 6th 8-seed to reach the Final Four and just the 5th since the tournament expanded to 64 in 1985 (UCLA 1980, Villanova 1985, North Carolina 2000, Wisconsin 2000, Butler 2011).
