The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass holds job fair at Collins High

SHELBYVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It's time to start staffing the state's largest outlet mall in Shelby County.

For those interested in working at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass, Martha Layne Collins High School in Shelbyville is hosting a job fair Tuesday evening.

Hundreds of jobs are available at the mall, which is set to open July 31.

But if you're planning to go to the job fair, you should dress to impress.

"We always recommend that you come business professional, because many of the stores that's the way you would have to dress for those types of positions, and the person who looks the best in person and on paper is going to get the job," said Gina Slechta, VP of marketing at Horizon Properties.

The job fair ends at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

There will be another job fair in the near future, but the date has not been announced.
