LMPD: Teen accused of threatening violence during Thunder Over Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Metro Police say a Louisville teen has been arrested after allegedly posting threatening messages about Thunder Over Louisville.

Cameron Malone, 18, was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities say Malone admitted to detectives that he posted threatening messages about Thunder as well as posting a photo of handguns in a plastic tub.

Malone is charged with terroristic threatening and served with additional bench warrants for criminal trespassing and marijuana possession.

"THANK YOU for the numerous tips regarding social media threats to Thunder over Louisville," Metro Police wrote in a message on the department's Facebook page.
