LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a LaRue County deputy coroner was arrested earlier this week and charged with DUI.
According to the arrest report, it happened Tuesday night on W. Water Street. That's where police say they responded to a call, from LaRue County Deputy Coroner Wesley Warren about a suspicious vehicle. When police arrived, they say Warren drove an ATV to meet them.
That's when the arresting officer says he noticed the smell of alcohol on Warren's breath, and observed him with an open beer that he left on the ATV seat.
Police say Warren told the officer he had consumed about "three or four" beers before driving the ATV.
Police say Warren blew a .204 on a portable breathalyzer test, and was unable to perform field sobriety tests.
Warren was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
