ANDRESS | Post-Game Reaction to "Aaron the Assassin"
ARLINGTON, TX --- As they left the court, each had different words to describe Aaron Harrison's latest clutch shot.
Kentucky Athletic Director Mitch Barnhart, "How about that? That's unbelievable." UK Assistant Coach Orlando Antigua, "Incredible." The injured Willie Cauley-Stein, "Cold-Blooded. Icicles in his veins."
John Calipari coined the nickname "Aaron the Assassin". Aaron Harrison's 3rd shining moment of this NCAA Tournament has put Kentucky into the championship game.
The Wildcats are the 4th 8-seed to reach the championship game, joining Butler from 2011, Villanova in 1985, and UCLA in 1980. Only Villanova won it.
Their opponent is UConn, a 7-seed, the first 7-seed to reach the final game.
