Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) -- Police are investigating after a train struck and killed a man in Bowling Green.
The Daily News reports police were notified Sunday morning about a body lying near tracks in the southern Kentucky city.
Police say the 40-year-old man had been struck by a train. Spokesman Ronnie Ward says the man's identity wouldn't be released until next-of-kin had been notified.
Ward says officers are trying to find out why the man was on the tracks.
An autopsy will be performed in Louisville.
