Ethics commission expected to hear sexual harassment case

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Legislative Ethics Commission is expected to hear the case of former State Representative John Arnold on Tuesday.

Arnold, a Democrat from Western Kentucky, is accused of sexually harassing three Capitol staffers.

Arnold maintains his innocence, but resigned his seat last year.

The Commission will determine whether Arnold violated any ethics laws. It is not clear whether Arnold will appear to defend himself.

The hearing had previously been postponed because of questions about Arnold's health.

He is also facing civil lawsuits filed by the women.
