LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say she was driving erratically on a suspended license with a 3-year-old in the front seat. Now, 33-year-old Myron Campbell is facing charges.

According to an arrest report, police saw Campbell driving her gray Chevy Impala on S. 6th St., near the corner of W. Oak St., shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday.

Police say she was seen swerving across the center line several times, almost hitting vehicles parked on the side of the road.

When officers stopped her, she was allegedly unable to produce valid driver's insurance. Police say her license had been suspended due to a previous DUI conviction.

A 3-year-old girl was in the front passenger seat, without a seat belt or the booster seat required by law.

Campbell was arrested and charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain required insurance, driving on a license suspended for DUI and failure to use a child restraint device.
