LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Oldham County man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a DUI crash is once again accused of driving drunk.

Cody File, 23, is charged with DUI, failure to report a traffic accident and operating on a suspended license, among other charges.

Authorities say they arrested him in Eminence, Ky.

In 2009, File pleaded guilty to a DUI crash that killed his girlfriend, Caroline Minks.

He was sentenced to 14 years in prison, but was granted shock probation after serving 8 months.

"Repeat offenders, it's something we deal with all the time. Eighty or 90 percent of the people we deal with are repeat offenders. They go in for a day a week or month, and we get them again," said KSP Trooper Brad Arterburn.

File is currently behind bars in Shelby County.
