LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Tennessee investigators have ended their efforts to recover a child's remains following a fatal cabin fire.

Twenty-two people from Kentucky and Indiana were staying at the cabin when the fire started. Two people died: 5-year-old Tayveon Temple and 56-year-old Ricky Hudson, both of Indianapolis.

Hudson died while trying to help others escape.

Officials say they've exhausted all means of locating the child's remains and are ending their efforts to do so.

Investigators are still trying to determine how the fire started.
