LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a fight about whether or not an air-conditioning should be turned off led to a suspect's arrest on drug charges.

According to the arrest report, it happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 4500 block of Garland Avenue. That's where police say 25-year-old Darrell Malone got into an argument after the alleged victim turned on the AC unit. The victim told police Malone became "very upset" and pointed a gun at him, stating: "I should blow your brains out!"

The victim called police, and when officers arrived, the victim allowed a search of the residence. During the search, officers found a "large baggie of a white powdery substance" believed to be cocaine.

Police also recovered a digital scale, a gun, and a small baggie containing seven round of 9mm ammunition.

Malone was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment, trafficking in a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
