Louisville man allegedly found asleep inside playground

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a local playground played host to an uninvited guest Sunday night.

According to an arrest report, officers were called to the the playground at Highland Community Ministries Child Care on Eastern Star Ct., near the intersection of Baxter Ave. and Eastern Pkwy. just after 11 p.m. on Sunday.

When they arrived, they allegedly found 35-year-old Dylan Nolan asleep inside the fenced-in playground.

Police say Nolan awoke and became "immediately hostile" and began yelling at the officer.

Nolan was arrested and charged with third degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.
