LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some Indiana schools are ditching technology after repeated problems during state testing.

At least two districts are dropping the online version of ISTEP after issues with a practice run last week. Instead the schools will use traditional paper tests.

Despite the troubles, education officials say the first day of standardized testing went smoothly yesterday.

Last year, glitches kicked about 80,000 students offline and delayed test results.
