LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they arrested a man with a gun at the Pegasus Parade Thursday.

It happened at the corner of S. 8th St. and W. Broadway shortly before 6 p.m., according to the arrest report.

Police say they got a tip that 18-year-old Anthony Miller had stolen a 9mm handgun and was planning on using it at the parade. Officers apprehended him at the corner of S. 8th. St. and W. Broadway, and as they were walking him to a police vehicle, a handgun allegedly fell from his waistband.

Police say Miller's mother told them he was planning on coming to the parade to "cause a scene."

He was charged with receipt of a stolen firearm, tampering with physical evidence, carrying a concealed deadly weapon without a permit and terroristic threatening.
