Chef Jenn shares recipes from her new seafood line "Mardi Gras in your Mouth"
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Surviving sabotage and diabolical schemes to win a reality tv show is helping a Memphis chef launch her line of gourmet foods.
Fans know "Chef Jenn" a.k.a. Jennifer McCullough from her winning episode on the Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen." Now, she's launching a new line of gourmet seafood cakes, "A Mardi Gras in your Mouth." The lineup features Cajun Crawfish Cakes, Blackened Shrimp Cakes, Creole Cakes and Salmon Cakes.
She also has a line of five signature seafood dips, "Dip. Crackers. Bottle of Wine. Done," which has already made a splash on supermarket shelves in the area. Chef Jenn's products combine gourmet with convenience which makes them easy go-to meals or the perfect appetizer for any occasion.
"Chef Jenn" started a small supper club out of her home in early 2010. From its humble beginnings in her home kitchen, Chef Jenn began to create gourmet spreads, dips and sauces with a focus on fresh ingredients and classic techniques. Her products were first sold at local grocers and farmer's markets in the Delta region. Now, Chef Jenn's grocery line features is available at Kroger stores and other supermarkets throughout the Mid-south.
