Official confirms resignation of Hardin Co. EMS director

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - There's a shakeup at Hardin County's EMS department, but elected officials are giving very few details.

The County Judge executive confirmed to WDRB the EMS Director, Ira Dyer, has resigned.

He also confirmed the EMS Director's Executive Assistant, Jaimie Miller, is currently suspended and will be officially let go at the end of the month.

The County Judge Executive would not say what happened, only saying it was a "personnel matter."
