Suspect arrested after allegedly posting school shooting threat on Facebook

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a man was arrested Tuesday night after he made a Facebook post threatening a school shooting.

According to an arrest report, the post came after "an incident" that took place at Valley High School earlier in the day. Police say 19-year-old Cody Gripp made a threatening Facebook post, stating, "Tell that [RACIAL EXPLETIVE] tht fought u 2 watch out ill go in the school shooting."

According to the arrest report, the post referred to a student who attends Valley Traditional High School.

Police arrested Gripp at his home, where he allegedly admitted to making the Facebook post. He was charged with second degree terroristic threatening.
