LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Homicide detectives say they have arrested a Louisville man wanted in connection with a fatal double shooting at a downtown apartment complex earlier this week.

According to an arrest report, 24-year-old Tyjuan Romel Moody is suspected of killing a man confined to a wheelchair during an argument at the Dosker Manor apartment complex on May 13. That's where police say Moody was arguing with 29-year-old Richard Spencer in Building A near an elevator when Moody pulled a gun and shot Spencer several times.

Spencer died from his injuries.

Police say a woman -- who was 40 weeks pregnant -- was struck by the gunfire. She was taken to University Hospital and underwent surgery, including an emergency C-section.

Police say the woman and her baby are expected to be fine.

Spencer was a resident of Dosker Manor and police say he was apparently confined to a wheelchair.

According to the arrest report, Moody admitted to shooting the victims. He was arrested late Thursday evening. He is charged with murder, attempted murder, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

He was being held at Metro Corrections on a $100,000 full cash bond.
