LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- USA Harvest founder Stan Curtis pleaded guilty to federal charges in a court hearing next month, according to his attorney.

A "change of plea hearing" is now scheduled for Curtis on June 3.

He's accused of taking more than $180,000 from the charity and charging another $370,000 more as personal expenses.

Curtis' attorney, Scott C. Cox, confirms to WDRB that his client pleaded guilty to mail fraud, money laundering and filing false tax returns.

Curtis is in poor health, but a judge ruled him competent to stand trial in December.
