Motorcycle ride, silent auction event raises money for Wounded Warriors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Engines were revving around town Saturday morning, all in the name of helping the Wounded Warrior Project.

"You don't have to have a motorcycle to come," event host Debbie Davis said, "car, bicycle, motorcycle whatever."

The Steel Horse Saloon and Package Liquors hosted the motorcycle run to raise money for the organization. There was a benefit and bike ride, followed by music, food and a silent auction.

All the money raised goes to Wounded Warrior which helps soldiers when they come home from war. About 200 people showed up to the bike ride.
