Lawsuit filed against man accused of killing people in Danville, Ky. pawn shop

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man accused of gunning down three people inside this Danville, Kentucky pawn shop is being sued.

Barbara Lewis filed suit against accused killer Kenneth Keith, seeking money for lost wages and funeral expenses. Keith used to own ABC Gold, Games and More, and is also a former preacher.

Lewis's son, Michael Hockensmith, was killed at the shop last year, along with his wife, Angela Hockensmith, and gold broker Daniel Smith.

Lewis filed the lawsuit on behalf of herself and the Hockensmiths' children, who are 10 years old and 20 months old.
