LMPD seeking man who allegedly robbed First Capital Bank of Kentucky

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police is asking the public for help to find an alleged bank robber.

According to a news release, the man in the surveillance images at right walked into the First Capital Bank of Kentucky on Brownsboro Road, near Chamberlain Lane, on Thursday, June 5, dressed in construction garb.

Police say he then presented a note demanding cash and indicating that he was armed.

After getting money, police say he ran away.

He is described as a white male, between 45 and 55 years old, 6'-2" tall, with a medium build. Anyone with any information on the robbery is asked to call the police anonymous tipline at 574-LMPD.
