New Salisbury, IN man arrested for operating ATV while intoxicated

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -  Indiana Conservation Officers in Harrison County arrested a New Salisbury man late last night after he crashed his ATV, according to a press release.

Michael Heishman, 44, faces charges of operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15 or higher.

Shortly before 11:00 p.m., a passerby discovered Heishman near his overturned ATV on Lake Rd., south of Corydon, and called 911.

Heishman was later transported by ambulance to the Harrison County Hospital. Once at the hospital, Heishman’s blood alcohol content was tested at nearly four times the legal limit of .08.

He was treated for minor injuries before being incarcerated at the Harrison County Jail.
