LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Josh Young has been ordered back to jail for contempt of court.

The teen is facing allegations that he punched and choked his girlfriend. He's also accused of attacking a man who testified against him.

Young was ordered not to contact his girlfriend, but while in court on Monday, he admitted to doing just that by calling her from jail.

"You did violate the court's order by making those phone calls. Is that correct, sir?" the judge asked.

"Yes ma'am," Young replied.

"The agreement is 60 days in jail and that all of your phone privileges will be revoked. Do you understand that, sir?" the judge asked.

"Yes ma'am," Young said.

Young will only be allowed to call his attorney while in jail over the next 60 days. His assault case was continued until July 29.
