LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Cocktails are getting an Italian influence from a pair of liqueurs being imported to the Bluegrass.
Dumante Verdenoce is the brain child of Louisville attorney Howard Sturm The handcrafted pistachio liqueur is a compliment to many drinks, desserts and dishes.
Now, Sturm is introducing Dumante Handcrafted Espresso Liqueur in a partnership with Eddie Merlot's. They are having special cocktail tastings on three Thursdays in June along with jazz music from vocalist Carly Johnson and guitar virtuoso Craig Wagner.
Both liqueurs can be served in chocolate cups for a special ending to a meal. Or they can be mixed in cocktails.
