Two Dismas facility residents allege sexual assault in civil lawsuit

Posted: Updated:
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two residents of Dismas House file a civil lawsuit, saying they were sexually assaulted.

The two plaintiffs both lived at Dismas House facilities. One of them lived at the St. Patrick's facility on West Market Street, which is
 a minimum-security halfway house.

The two men allege that they were groped and fondled by a Dismas employee in June, July and November of last year.

Dismas Charities and the employee are both named in the lawsuit. Officials from the charity organization could not comment on the suit and could not say if the employee still works there.

The attorneys for the men say they were moved to other Dismas House facilities after they made the accusations.
