LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A Kentucky man of Arab descent has sued an auto dealership where he used to work, claiming a co-worker wore a turban and fake bomb vest as part of a stunt to harass him soon after the Boston Marathon bombing.

Easa (ee-saw) Shadeh (shaw-day) contends the co-worker told him it was "your people" who were behind the bombing.

The suit filed recently in U.S. District Court in Lexington, Kentucky, names Glenn Buick-GMC Trucks as the defendant.

Shadeh, a U.S. citizen, was later fired from his job as sales manager. The co-worker kept his job.

Barbara Kriz, an attorney for the dealership, did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. She told the Lexington Herald-Leader the business does not tolerate discrimination and that Shadeh and the co-worker exchanged practical jokes.
