LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Kentucky man has the state's first case of a mosquito-borne virus that's prevalent in the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.

People can only get it if bitten by an infected mosquito. Symptoms include high fever, chills, joint pain and a rash that can last up to four days.
