LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Louisville man was arrested after police said he was in possession of materials that portrayed sexual performances of minors, according to official documents.


Christopher West, 29, was taken into custody by Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday afternoon in the 7000 block of Diehl Court, after they allegedly found a computer containing images of minors in sexual performances.


Police were searching West's home as part

Police say West gave them permission to search his home, which was when they came across the computer. The officers asked and received permission from West to search the computer.


Police say they unlocked the computer using a password and searched it, finding the images of minors in sexual performances. Police also allege that West admitted he had downloaded the images from the Internet.


West was arrested in 2011 for possessing child pornography.
