(OTCBB: NRTI), a leading developer of nutritional supplements, today announced that Chief Marketing Officer Jim Kras has been appointed President of the company. Kras will continue to lead Inergetics' marketing department, while expanding his responsibilities and overseeing sales, distribution and other company initiatives to drive substantial value for shareholders. Inergetics, which has seen continuous recent growth, develops nutritional products that improve overall health, physical recovery, athletic performance and quality of life for patients and consumers.
Kras joined Inergetics in 2012 with deep, proven experience in marketing, advertising and sales. Since then, he has been instrumental in generating significant momentum for all of Inergetics' top brands including Martha Stewart™ Essentials, Surgex® Sports Nutrition, Bikini Ready®, SlimTrim, and a private label protein shake for Muscle Maker Grill. In addition, Kras has grown distribution for several product lines to include prominent retailers such as Walgreens, Winn-Dixie, PriceSmart, Harris Teeter and ShopRite as well as managing strategic partnerships including Army Sports. He has also enlisted spokespersons who support Inergetics and its superior products and embody healthy and active lifestyles including professional surfers, Anastasia Ashley and Christa Alves, for Bikini Ready, as well as Keenan Allen of the San Diego Chargers and David Amerson of the Washington Redskins for Surgex.

Prior to that, Kras worked for Aegis/Carat, securing and managing Wyndham Hotel's digital business as well as spearheading the Revlon account. Kras also worked at search marketing pioneer iCrossing, helping to position the company for acquisition as well as driving national account growth with clients such as Chrysler and Vitamin Shoppe.
