LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police say James Davidson has been apprehended in connection to a triple shooting near Paoli, Indiana Monday afternoon.

Officials say the arrest was made Friday evening near Marengo. 36-year-old Davidson was located by members of the Orange County Sheriff's Department at his brother's home on Hogtown Road.

Davidson was taken into Custody as the second of three suspects in a triple shooting near Paoli, Indiana.

Davidson's brother says he wasn't hiding him, and that he kicked him out when he realized there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Davidson is now in custody along with Elbert Brooks of New Albany. A third suspect, 35-year-old John Carpenter, remains at-large.

A neighbor says they won’t rest easy until Carpenter is found. "He's somewhere,” the man, who only wants to go by Robbie, said. “I mean he could be a quarter a mile away from here hiding in a house and you wouldn't even know it."

Anyone with information on his location is encouraged to contact the Indiana State Police at 1-812-482-1441. Carpenter is considered armed and dangerous; those that might encounter Carpenter are asked not to approach him.
