LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - An officer was injured after a wreck Monday morning.

Police say a red Mazda was heading south, trying to turn left from Taylor Blvd. to Bluegrass Ave., and turned in front of the officer, who was going north.

The impact of the crash was clearly visible, with the bumper of the red Mazda ripped off, and the front smashed. The front of the officer's gray car was also visibly damaged.

The officer suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Mazda was seen walking around and appeared to be fine.

No charges have been filed.
