LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After a shooting near Paoli, Ind. left two men dead last week, police say all of their suspects are in custody.

Two of them were arraigned at the Orange County courthouse Monday afternoon. John Carpenter and James Davidson both face murder charges and pleaded not guilty.

Indiana State Police caught up with Carpenter Sunday morning after he had been on the run for about a week. They tell us he was hiding in the rafters of a barn in rural Corydon, and as soon as officers ordered him out of the barn at gunpoint, he came willingly and was taken into custody.

Carpenter was taken to the Orange County jail. Two other suspects in the triple shooting -- James Davidson and Elbert Brooks -- were arrested last week. Davidson is also expected to face a judge Monday. Police believe the men shot and killed Nicholas Fields and Corey Harris, and seriously hurt Daniel Smitson, who was shot in the face. The three victims were found last Monday.
