One track still closed on K&I Bridge one day after fire

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A day after a fire, things are starting to get back on track on the K&I Bridge.

Trains are able to use the bridge, but one track is still closed while crews fix it.

Norfolk Southern officials say the three train cars that caught fire Monday night were carrying food from Atlanta to Kansas City. It took hours to control as firefighters dealt with wind.

The railroad bridge connects Louisville to New Albany over the Ohio River.

There is word yet on what may have caused the fire.
