LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- WDRB followed up with Indiana state police about the road rage incident that occurred in Jeffersonville Tuesday.

Police said they received a 911 call from a man saying that someone had pulled a gun on him while on I-65.

They say two men got off at the Sellersburg Exit. That's when Jeffersonville police stepped in and began following the suspect's car.

The man ditched the vehicle, then took off running and hid.

A police K-9 located the suspect and bit him several times. Police have not released the suspect's name, but they did tell us he remains hospitalized for treatment of those dog bites.
