LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a 17-month-old found a spoon with meth on it and put it in his mouth.

Now his parents and grandmother are behind bars.

Jessica Humphrey, Joseph Culley, Jr. and Sherrie Smith are charged with wanton endangerment. Police say Humphrey called 911 because the baby was acting weird and appeared as if he was on something.

He was taken to Hardin Memorial Hospital and later to Kosair Children's Hospital.

Investigators discovered meth and drug paraphernalia in the Elizabethtown home.

All three are charged because police say they knew about the drugs.
