Tonya Deetch is a wife and mother of two that has been teaching and training others in fitness for over 25 years. She is a Nationally Certified AFAA® Group Fitness Instructor and a YogaFit® Level II certified instructor. She is also licensed in five different Zumba® Fitness formats and a new program called Piloxing.
Her passion is teaching boot camps and cardio kickboxing classes. Tonya says she's blessed to hang out with and be inspired by those who enroll in her classes.
She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and arthritis almost 20 years ago and struggled with chronic pain daily. She credits fitness and nutrition for being able to manage her symptoms.
