LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of the world's richest men says the key to success is a three-day work week.

Mexican telecom billionaire, and current "world's richest man" Carlos Slim, says that's what we all should be doing, but it comes with a catch.

In Slim’s world, you would only be working three days a week but you would still be clocking 40 hours.

The plan would consist of about 11-hour days and would come with a later retirement age of 70 or 75.

Slim argues having four days off would boost productivity and improve quality of life.
