LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man with more than 40 counts of theft against him has been indicted.

Joshua Lee, age 33, was picked up earlier this month by police for a rash of east Louisville car break-ins. He was arrested and released, and then New Albany residents say he started stealing from homes there. Joseph Proctor, age 33, was arrested in Jeffersonville last night in connection with the crimes.

LMPD says Lee is now at Metro Corrections on a $25,000 bond. He's faced with multiple charges of theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and criminal mischief.

Police are still looking for Shella Felker, a woman wanted in connection to the same east Louisville car break-ins. Felker may be driving a grey or silver Chevy Impala with either a temporary Indiana tag, or Indiana tag no. 610AIC, which does not match the proper registration for that vehicle.
