LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Will Indiana keep its waiver from the federal No Child Left Behind Act?
The Center for Education and Career Innovation is raising concerns. In a memo, it says Schools Superintendent Glenda Ritz and her team made key changes in the waiver submission without consulting the State Board of Education.
Federal officials will decide if Indiana keeps its waiver. An answer could come as soon as today.
