LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A grand jury now has the case of hot dog vendor accused of murder.

Donald Hayes is charged with killing Danny Wilson, after what is being called a "road rage incident" on Poplar Level Road, near the Watterson Expressway, last month.

He posted a $50,000 full-cash bond and is a free man until his trial. A grand jury is expected to decide whether or not to indict Hayes next week.
