LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A official police report reveals new details from a deadly road rage incident that occurred in July.

Justin Beeler, 29, of Louisville was killed after his car crashed into a tree on Southern Parkway on July 8.

The report says Beeler fired shots toward another car, as both vehicles drove at about 100 miles an hour before the crash.

The report cites witnesses saying the driver of the other car identified himself as a law enforcement officer, during a verbal altercation at a liquor store before each person drove away.

The other driver is not identified, and the report does not say if the driver was actually a police officer.

No charges have been filed in the case.
