LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Louisville Metro Police arrested a man and woman they say abused the woman's teenage son.

Donasha Williams, 39, and Raymond Willis, 35, were arrested Tuesday afternoon after police say the pair assaulted Williams' 14-year-old son on his face and head. Willis allegedly hit the teen using his hands. Police records state that Williams hit her son using both her hands and a wooden baseball bat. Police say Willis is Williams' boyfriend.

Police records say the teen suffered visible scratches, a busted lip and a knot on his forehead.

Child Protective Services has become involved in the incident. Officials used a search warrant to uncover the wooden baseball bat.

The pair was arrested and charged with assault.

Williams is being held on a $5,000 cash bond. Willis is being held on a $500 cash bond.
