LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A local business owner is facing a bribery charge after police say he tried to get them to ignore the illegal massage room hidden inside his business.

According to an arrest report, detectives executed a search warrant at Buy Right Motors, a car dealership located near the corner of Bardstown Road and Six Mile Lane. While there, they allegedly found a massage room in the rear of the business. The room contained a massage table, a stool, aroma therapy candles, condoms and a sign that read "tips appreciated."

Police say the proprietor of the business, 32-year-old Timothy R. Boden, admitted to being the one who performed the massages and claimed he didn't need to have a license.

He even offered to perform a sexual favor for one of the police officers if he agreed to ignore the discoveries, according to the arrest report.

Police didn't agree to the proposition. Instead, Boden was arrested and charged with -- among other things -- bribery of a public servant and practicing massage therapy without a license.
