LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Shively Police arrested a man they say allegedly doing donuts and caused damage inside a cemetery.

John McNally, 37, was arrested by police early Tuesday morning at the Memorial Gardens cemetery, located at 4400 Louisville Memorial Gardens Dr., for allegedly doing donuts.

A witness called police to tell them there was a Dodge Charger playing loud music that was doing donuts in the cemetery.

Police records state authorities arrived on the scene to find a gray Dodge Charger sitting on the roadway emitting loud music.

Police say there was a large amount of damage to the grassy area beside where the vehicle was parked. Police say they also observed tire tracks leading from that area to the vehicle.

Police say McNally admitted that he was the driver of the vehicle. Damage to the cemetery is estimated at about $500.

McNally is charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
