LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A fourth suspect in the shooting death of a one-year-old child has turned himself in to the Public Defender's Office.

Demarkus Tramber surrendered to police on Tuesday afternoon in connection with the shooting death of 16-month-old Ne'Riah Miller.

Tramber is charged with complicity to murder, wanton endangerment and assault, in connection with the shooting. William McLemore, 19, was arraigned Monday on the same charges.

Trey Anderson and Michael Dunn have been arrested and charged with murder for the shooting. Tramber is being held on a $500,000 bond.

Authorities say Miller was shot and killed while sitting with her mother on the front porch of their home in west Louisville. Miller's mother was also seriously wounded in the shooting.
