LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people have been indicted in connection with the murder of a St. Matthews man over three years ago.

In April 2011, 19-year-old Tanner Browning was found with a gunshot wound to the head at the Creekside Apartments. Friends remembered him on his Facebook page, where we found a picture. Police were initially called to the apartment for a report of a cardiac arrest, but they found Browning dead.

On Monday, a grand jury indicted 32-year-old Jarrod Michael Weiss of murder and tampering with physical evidence in connection with Browning's death. The same grand jury indicted 35-year-old Lavonna Blount for tampering with physical evidence -- also in connection with Browning's death.

The indictment states that Weiss, "committed the offense of murder by intentionally or under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life wantonly caused the death of Tanner Browning."

It also states that both Weiss and Blount, "committed the offense of tampering with physical evidence when, believing that an official proceeding may be pending or instituted against them, they destroyed, mutilated, concealed, removed or altered the physical evidence which they believed was about to produced or used in such official proceeding, with the intent to impair its verity or availability in the official proceeding."

It was not immediately clear if either were in custody Tuesday afternoon.
