LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Louisville woman was arrested after police say she stole almost $1,700 in merchandise from a Meijer store.

Paula Thompson was arrested just after midnight on Wednesday morning in the 3100 block of Goose Creek Road, near the intersection of Westport Road and N. Hurstbourne Parkway, after she, along with five others, took merchandise from a Meijer store according to police documents. The stolen merchandise came to a total of $1,670.27, according to police.
